These Terms of Use govern your use of the Tacho Agent website (the “site”), operated by Tacho Agent Ltd (“Tacho Agent”, “we”, “us”, “our”). By using the site, you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.

● “you”, “user” means any individual ororganisation accessing the site;
● “the site” means www.tachoagent.com, www.tachoagent.co.uk and any subdomains or associated pages we operate;
● “our content” means the material on the site, including the Knowledge Hub, articles, blog posts, guides and similar material;
● “the services” means our tachograph analysis and related compliance services, which are provided to clients under a separate written agreement and are not governed by these Terms of Use.
The site is designed to describe our services, provide contact and support information, and help us communicate with prospective and existing clients. It is an informational site: it does not provide user accounts, data uploads, or a live service portal, and no tachograph or driver data is collected, uploaded or processed through it. The contact and free report forms on the site collect the enquiry details you choose to give us (such as your name, email, phone number and company); we handle those in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Any actual tachograph analysis is carried out under separate contractual agreements, using secure platforms, and not through this site.
You may use the site for lawful purposes only. You agree not to use the site in any way that breaches applicable law, is fraudulent or harmful, or that interferes with the operation, security or availability of the site or anyone else’s use of it. You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, its server, or any connected system.
We may update, suspend, restrict or withdraw all or part of the site at any time without notice. We do not guarantee that the site, or any content on it, will always be available or uninterrupted.
Our site, including the Knowledge Hub, articles, blog posts, guides and any similar material (“our content”), is provided for general information only. It is written to help fleet operators understand tachograph, drivers’ hours, working time, operator licensing and related compliance topics in plain terms.
Our content is not legal, professional or compliance advice and should not be relied on as such. It may not reflect the most recent changes in law or guidance, may not cover every situation, and may not apply to your particular circumstances. Regulations and official guidance change, and the responsibility for complying with them rests with you as the operator.

You may view, download and print our content for your own internal business use. You may not otherwise copy, republish, distribute, sell or exploit our content without our prior written permission.
The Tacho Agent name is our business and brand name. Our logo and the other original content on this site are protected by copyright. You may not use our logo, or copy our branding, without our prior written permission.
We may monitor use of the site - for example for security, to prevent abuse, and to understand how the site is used - but we are not obliged to do so. Any monitoring is carried out in accordance with applicable law and our Privacy Policy.
Our site may contain links to third-party websites and resources. These links are provided for your information only and do not imply our endorsement. We have no control over, and accept no responsibility for, the content of third-party sites.
